You are cordially invited to the Annual Impact Executives Leadership and Business Change Event by Harvey Nash and with speaker Sir Terry Morgan.

Please will you join us for an exclusive evening of discussion, debate and networking which will consider how leaders are responding, adapting and leading their businesses through this volatile climate.

The evening will feature Sir Terry Morgan; who will be joining us to share his insights into leading Crossrail, one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe.

We will also reveal the findings of Impact Executives own recent research on business change, looking at what is driving change, and the qualities that make change leaders successful.

 

Sir Terry Morgan CBE

Chairman

Sir Terry Morgan took over the role of Chairman of Crossrail on 1 June 2009.

Prior to this, he was Chief Executive of Tube Lines, a PPP company that was contracted to maintain and upgrade the infrastructure of the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines. Terrys employment record also includes:

Group Managing Director, Operations, BAE Systems

Group HR Director, BAE Systems

Managing Director (Royal Ordnance)

Managing Director (Land Rover), Rover Group

Operations Director, Rover Group

Sir Terry has an MSc in Engineering Production & Management, is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the Institution of Civil Engineers. He is a past President of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

He is Chairman of the following: Ricardo Plc; Crossrail International; HS2 Growth Delivery

Board; and London City Airport. He is also a Trustee of the Crossrail Art Foundation. He is married with two children and his interests include golf and rugby.
